Campo De Montoban is an imported semi-firm to firm cheese made from mixture of cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk in Spain. It is milky and slightly sharp, less nutty than Manchego with a creamier texture. Pair this cheese with Spanish red wines.
Cabrales is a firm cheese imported from Spain. It is made with a mixture of cow, sheep and goat milk. It has a strong aroma and and a robust flavor of lingering complexity with woody, lemony tones. It goes well with red wine.
